A journalist was allegedly shot at by a few unidentified bike-borne assailants on Sunday night in Bihar’s Madhubani area.
Identified as Pradeep Mandal, he was working with hindi newspaper Dainik Jagran. The incident took place when Mandal was travelling to Hati village from Pandaul.
Mandal has been referred to DMCH hospital for the treatment however, his health remains critical as of now.
The police has ordered a probe in the matter. Efforts are on to nab the culprits.
