Uttrakhand Cabinet Minister and Godman Satpal Maharaj, his TV actress daughter in law Mohena Kumari Singh, his son Suyesh Rawat and four others in his family have tested COVID19 positive.
Mohena Singh who tied the knot with Uttarakhand’s tourism minister’s son Suyesh Rawat in October last year confirmed in her conversation with a media group that her family has tested coronavirus-positive.
She said, “It’s true that I and my family have tested coronavirus positive. Currently, we are all in the hospital. The doctors have said that we all have mild symptoms, so hopefully, we’ll be okay soon.”
At present Mohena, along with her family members, is admitted in the hospital. Seven members of their family have been tested coronavirus-positive. This is their second day in the hospital. Mohena’s mother-in-law Amrita Rawat was the first in the family to have tested coronavirus-positive. She was admitted to Apollo hospital in Rishikesh.
According to reports, staff members working for their family have also been found to be coronavirus-positive and all of them have been quarantined and are being treated for the same.
In October 2019, Mohena got married to Satpal Maharaj’s son Suyesh. She got fame from a TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hai” as her role in Kriti. She is currently not working in any TV serial.
